Andrew Fourney, Principal of Penguin Consulting, is an evaluation specialist and group facilitator with more than 15 years experience in evaluation and the development of human and organizational potential. His evaluation work has supported process, outcome and impact evaluation using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods. He has facilitated organizational learning through group and individual-level capacity building, leadership development, training, and technical assistance. He specializes in the areas of nutrition education programs, obesity, violence, and HIV/AIDS prevention interventions. He has worked with individuals and groups in schools, health departments, colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations. Andrew worked for the Peace Corps in Guatemala and distributed emergency relief food aid in southeast Angola. He earned his Masters in Rural Development in Valdivia Chile from the Austral University of Chile and completed his DrPH at the University of Texas School of Public Health.

Andrew is at his best when he is facilitating conversations that build the capacity of individuals and organizations to answer questions. He has worked with clients, domestically and internationally, to build capacity to answer hand-crafted questions and has supported this process with training and technical assistance.
