Penguin Consulting uses and trains others to use rigorous research methods and participatory approaches to inquire intentionally. We collaborate and use inquiry to design programs, gauge progress, assess impact, and plan for a desired future. We have designed interventions in the areas of nutrition education, HIV/AIDS, and child health. We have conducted impact, outcome, and process evaluations using mixed methods. Our work has contributed to improved health in the US, South America, and Africa.
We work with our clients to develop clear questions, employ sound methods, and use the answers to clear a path to a desired future. Through training and technical assistance we facilitate movement along that path.
